Encouraging Creativity and Releasing Freedom

Mary encourages participants to get moving and dancing as we learn more about God and encounter Him through creative worship. These workshops provide safe spaces for people to explore and experiment and be released in their own creative expressions of praise and worship.

Sessions include activities such as:

  • Interactive teaching about dance and creativity in worship

  • Movement explorations of the Bible

  • Dance exercises to develop skill and promote freedom of movement

  • Corporate dance and worship times

  • Prayerful movement exercises and times of personal encounter with God

“Mary led a wonderful workshop. The children loved it and were fully engaged in all aspects of it. The session was really well organised and included a great variety of activities which enabled children to connect with and express their love for God through movement, dance, discussion, craft and creative prayer.

Mary also joined us for our Sunday service which gave the children the opportunity to lead the congregation in worship through a dance they had learned at the workshop. It was great to see the joy on people's faces as they watched and participated in this.”
